拒否 (kyohi) is a general refusal. 辞退 (jitai) is a polite decline, often for offers or invitations. 謝絶 (shazetsu) is a formal, often written refusal, like 'no visitors' signs.
The English word 'nonacceptance' is not commonly used in everyday speech. In Japanese, it's usually better to use a verb phrase like 受け入れない or a specific noun like 拒否, depending on context.
