The English word 'normalisation' covers many distinct concepts. Using a single Japanese word for all contexts will often sound unnatural. Always choose the term that matches the specific meaning (standardization, normalization of relations, data normalization, etc.).
標準化 (hyōjunka) is for standardizing processes or products. 正常化 (seijōka) is for restoring normal conditions or relations. 正規化 (seikika) is for mathematical or data normalization. They are not interchangeable.
