A set phrase used when deliberating whether to take an action. Often follows a volitional verb form and expresses indecision.

• 旅りょ行こうに行いこうか行いくまいか、まだ決きめていない。

  I haven't decided yet whether to go on the trip or not.

• 彼かれに本ほん当とうのことを言いおうか言いうまいか迷まよっている。

  I'm hesitating about whether to tell him the truth or not.
