Kansai dialect adjective describing something that is blatantly insincere, obvious, or shameless, such as a lie or a hollow compliment. Similar to standard Japanese 白々しい.

Nobody's going to believe such a barefaced lie.
あの人のお世辞はいつもしらこいわ。
That person's flattery is always so transparent.
