Used in dismissive phrases like ...もへったくれもない to say something is not worth considering or there's no point in making distinctions. Often follows a noun or noun phrase.

• 理り由ゆうもへったくれもない。とにかくダメなものはダメだ。

  There's no point talking about reasons or anything. It's just not allowed, period.

• 忙いそがしくて、
