Yamabiko (Tōhoku Shinkansen service)

A specific train service on the Tōhoku Shinkansen line that stops at fewer stations than the all-stations service. Formerly called あおば.

• 東とう京きょうから仙せん台だいまでやまびこで行いきます。

  I will go from Tokyo to Sendai by Yamabiko.

• やまびこは、あおばより停てい車しゃ駅えきが少すくない。

  The Yamabiko stops at fewer stations than the Aoba.
