Slang abbreviation of 学生時代に力を入れたこと. Used almost exclusively in Japanese job-hunting (就活) to refer to a topic applicants are expected to discuss in interviews and entry sheets.

• 面めん接せつでガクチカを聞きかれたら、具ぐ体たい的てきなエピソードを話はなすといいよ。

  When they ask about your gakuchika in an interview, it's good to talk about a specific episode.
