Internet slang, from クソ (shit) + リプライ (reply). Used for replies that are annoying, pointless, or hostile, especially on Twitter.

• あの有ゆう名めい人じんはクソリプにいちいち反はん応のうしない。

  That celebrity doesn't respond to every shitty reply.

• クソリプを送おくる人ひとはたいてい暇ひまなんだろう。

  People who send shitty replies are probably just bored.
