Colloquial, dated term for a foolish or silly person. Often used in a light, teasing manner rather than as a harsh insult. The word evokes a sense of someone whose head is spinning (くるくる) and then goes blank (パー).

• あいつはクルクルパーだから、何なにを言いっても無む駄だだよ。

  That guy's a dummy, so it's no use saying anything to him.

• そんなクルクルパーなこと言いわないでよ。

  Don't say such foolish things.
