A rhythmic chant used by participants in the Aomori Nebuta Festival, often accompanied by dancing. Originated as a contraction of '出せ、出せ、ロウソク、出せ...' (Give us candles!).

• ねぶた祭まつりで「ラッセラー、ラッセラー」と掛かけ声ごえが響ひびく。

  At the Nebuta Festival, the chant 'Rassera, rassera' echoes through the streets.

• 跳は人ねとたちは「ラッセラー」と叫さけびながら跳はねる。

  The haneto dancers shout 'Rassera!' as they leap.
