Slang term for a place where one runs a business, especially a street stall or a spot for selling goods. Derived from reversing the kanji of 場所 (ばしょ).

• 祭まつりの日ひは、いいショバを取とるのが大たい変へんだ。

  On festival days, it's tough to get a good spot.

• あの屋や台たいはいつも同おなじショバに出でてるね。

  That stall is always set up at the same pitch, isn't it?
