Historical term referring to the lifting of a publication suspension, especially for newspapers and magazines during the Meiji period. Not used in modern Japanese outside historical contexts.

• 明めい治じ時じ代だい、新しん聞ぶんが発はっ行こう停てい止し処しょ分ぶんを受うけた後あと、解かい停ていが認みとめられることがあった。

  In the Meiji period, after a newspaper was suspended, a release from suspension was sometimes granted.
