In most situations, simply say 'Jリーグ'. The full official name '日本プロサッカーリーグ' sounds stiff and is rarely used outside of formal documents. Even in news reports, 'Jリーグ' is the norm.
Do not translate 'Japan Professional Football League' word-for-word as '日本のプロサッカーリーグ'. While grammatically correct, it sounds like a description rather than the proper name. Use 'Jリーグ' or the full official name when formality requires.
