While 'K-drama' is understood, the native term 韓国ドラマ is preferred in most situations. 'K-drama' (ケードラマ) is casual and common among younger people or on social media.
Do not translate 'Korean drama' as 韓国の劇 (Kankoku no geki) or 朝鮮ドラマ (Chōsen dorama). 韓国の劇 sounds like a stage play, and 朝鮮ドラマ can carry unintended historical/political connotations.
