この辺 (kono hen) is the most common and casual. ここら辺 (kokora hen) is even more casual and colloquial. この辺り (kono atari) is slightly more polite or written. All are interchangeable in daily conversation.

周り means 'surroundings' or 'perimeter', not 'in this area'. Saying この周り (kono mawari) is unnatural for 'around here'. Use この辺 instead.
