クラシックカー is the safest general term. 旧車 is more enthusiast-oriented and can refer to any old car, not necessarily collectible. ビンテージカー implies older, often pre-war vehicles. Use クラシックカー unless you want to sound like a car enthusiast or specify an era.
Generally, saying 'classic car' will be understood.
Do not translate 'classic car' literally as 古典的な車 (koten-teki na kuruma). While grammatically correct, it sounds unnatural and is not used by native speakers to refer to classic cars.
