招待券 is the most natural and common term for a complimentary ticket given as an invitation. 無料券 simply means 'free ticket' and can be used for any ticket that doesn't cost money, but it lacks the nuance of being invited. 優待券 often implies a special benefit or discount for members, and may not always be completely free.
When receiving a complimentary ticket from someone of higher status or a business, it's polite to use いただく (humble form of もらう). For example: 招待券をいただきました (I received a complimentary ticket).
