悪天候のために、試合は延期された。
In view of the bad weather, the match was postponed.
〜を考慮して emphasizes deliberate consideration, while 〜のために simply states a cause. Use 〜を考慮して when you want to highlight that a factor was weighed in a decision.
予算を考慮して、計画を縮小した。
In view of the budget, we scaled down the plan. (consideration)
予算のために、計画を縮小した。
Because of the budget, we scaled down the plan. (direct cause)
Do not translate 'in view of' word-for-word into Japanese. Phrases like 〜の視界で or 〜の眺めで are incorrect and will not be understood.
安全の点から、その計画は中止された。
In view of safety, the plan was canceled.
Literally 'based on' or 'in light of'. Used when a decision or action is grounded in a particular fact or situation. More common in formal speech and writing.
現状を踏まえて、方針を変更します。
In view of the current situation, we will change our policy.
A very formal and literary expression meaning 'in light of' or 'in view of'. Used in official documents, legal contexts, or formal speeches.
諸事情に鑑みて、決定を延期します。
In view of various circumstances, we will postpone the decision.
A conjunction meaning 'because' or 'since'. Used to give a reason. Attach to the plain form of a verb, adjective, or noun + な. Slightly softer than から.

In view of the time, I'll be brief.
Used to indicate that a judgment or name is derived from a certain fact. Often translated as 'from the fact that' or 'in view of the fact that'.
彼が何も言わないことから、反対しているのだろう。
In view of the fact that he says nothing, he probably disagrees.
