交流 (kōryū) is a broad, positive term for exchange between groups or individuals. 付き合い (tsukiai) implies ongoing social relationships, sometimes with a sense of obligation. 関わり (kakawari) is neutral and can refer to any kind of involvement or connection, even negative ones.
English uses 'interaction' very broadly, but Japanese often prefers more specific verbs like 話す (to talk), 会う (to meet), 連絡する (to contact), or 関わる (to be involved). If you try to translate 'interact with' literally, you may sound unnatural. Consider what actually happens in the situation.
