Like 'Jet Ski' in English, ジェットスキー is originally a Kawasaki trademark but is widely used generically. In formal or legal contexts, 水上オートバイ (すいじょうおーとばい) or 特殊小型船舶 (とくしゅこがたせんぱく) may be used.
