長押し is the standard Japanese term and is understood by everyone. ロングタップ is a loanword that feels more technical and is often used in smartphone app interfaces or by tech-savvy users. In most everyday situations, 長押し is the safer choice.

A loanword from English, commonly used in tech contexts, especially in apps and games. Slightly more technical than 長押し.
