A document or display showing the prices of items or services. In Japanese, the most common term is 価格表, but other expressions are used depending on context, such as menus in restaurants or rate tables for services.

A list of food and drink items with prices, typically in a restaurant or café.
A structured list of rates, such as for electricity, train fares, or postage.
価格表 is for product prices (goods), while 料金表 is for service fees or rates. In many contexts they overlap, but 料金表 is preferred for utilities, admission, and recurring charges.
In restaurants, simply asking for the メニュー implies you want to see the items and prices. There is no need to say 'price list' separately.
