最高級 emphasizes objective grade or quality, often for things. 一流 implies a recognized status or reputation, often for people or organizations. トップクラス is a direct loanword and feels modern/casual, used widely in media.
Do not directly translate 'top class' as 上のクラス (ue no kurasu) or トップのクラス (toppu no kurasu). These sound unnatural or refer to a physical upper classroom.
