均一 (kin'itsu) is neutral and often used for physical uniformity or quality. 画一 (kakuitsu) implies standardization that may suppress individuality, often negative. 統一 (tōitsu) is about unification or bringing things under one standard, often positive or neutral.
In many contexts, English 'uniformity' is better expressed with a phrase like 同じ (same), 変わらない (unchanging), or 一律 (across the board). Using 均一 or 画一 in casual speech can sound overly formal or technical.
