季節外れ (きせつはずれ) is the most common and general. 時期外れ (じきはずれ) emphasizes timing and is better for events. 時季外れ (じきはずれ) is a less common variant with the same reading as 時期外れ but uses a different kanji for 'season'.
非季節的 (ひきせつてき) is a literal translation that sounds unnatural. Use 季節外れ instead.
