稼働時間 is the native Japanese term and is widely understood across industries. アップタイム is a loanword used mainly in IT and may sound more technical or trendy. In formal documents, 稼働時間 is often preferred.
Do not translate 'uptime' as 上時間 or similar. These are not natural Japanese and will not be understood.
サーバーの稼働時間は99.99%です。
The server's uptime is 99.99%.
システムの稼働状況を24時間365日監視しています。
We monitor system uptime 24/7.
稼働状況 (operating status) is often used instead of a direct 'uptime' noun in natural Japanese.
