There is no single Japanese adjective that directly translates 'wholehearted' in all contexts. Using 心全体 (whole heart) would be unnatural. Instead, choose the appropriate adverb or phrase based on the nuance: sincerity, commitment, or enthusiasm.

She prayed wholeheartedly.
