Polite conditional form of よろしい (formal equivalent of いい). Used to make a polite suggestion or invitation, or to ask for permission in a considerate way. Often interchangeable with よければ, but よろしかったら is slightly more formal.

よろしかったら、お茶ちゃでもいかがですか。
If you like, how about some tea?
よろしかったら、私わたしが手伝てつだいましょうか。
