Colloquial, somewhat childish or affectionate term for the neck. Often used in the phrase 首っ玉に抱きつく (to throw one's arms around someone's neck).

  The child threw their arms around their mother's neck.

• 彼かの女じょは彼かれの首くびっ玉たまにしがみついて離はなれなかった。
