Used when complaining, protesting, or making excuses, often in the pattern 〜と言う or 〜で. Implies vague or trivial objections.

• 彼かれはなんのかんのと言いって、結けっ局きょく手伝てつだってくれなかった。

  He said this and that, but in the end he didn't help me.

• なんのかんので、また遅ち刻こくしてしまった。

  For one reason or another, I ended up being late again.
