Baseball term for a pitch that is easy to hit or in the strike zone. Often used in contrast to 悪球 (bad pitch).

• 彼かれは好こう球きゅうを見み逃のがさずにホームランを打うった。

  He didn't miss the good pitch and hit a home run.

• ピッチャーはなかなか好こう球きゅうを投なげなかった。

  The pitcher didn't throw many easy pitches.
