恩おんにかける

demand gratitude; remind of a favor; make a favor of something

Used when someone emphasizes a favor they did in order to make the recipient feel indebted. Rare expression; the more common equivalent is 恩に着せる.

• 彼かれはいつも恩おんにかけるような言いい方かたをする。

  He always talks in a way that demands gratitude.

• そんなに恩おんにかけられると、かえって気きが重おもくなる。

  When someone keeps reminding me of a favor like that, it actually makes me feel burdened.
