A more explicit way, using the full Japanese word for the key.
The 'Alt' part is pronounced like the English word 'alt' but with Japanese sounds: オルト (o-ru-to). The 't' is not strongly released.
The Alt key is located on both sides of the space bar.
In many contexts, especially in software menus or shortcut listings, just 'ALT' (in uppercase Latin letters) is used.
