There is no single common word for a person who operates a blender. Instead, describe their job, e.g., ミキサーを使う人 (person who uses a blender) or a specific title like バーテンダー (bartender) if they blend drinks.

He's the guy who uses the blender at the bar.
ミキサー is the general term for a countertop blender. ブレンダー often refers to a hand-held immersion blender. ジューサー is a juicer, which extracts juice and separates pulp, unlike a blender.
ジューサーでオレンジジュースを作った。
I made orange juice with the juicer.
When talking about using a blender, the verb かける is often used: ミキサーにかける means 'to put in the blender' or 'to blend.'
