ミキサー is the general term for a countertop blender. ブレンダー often refers to a hand-held immersion blender. ジューサー is a juicer, which extracts juice and separates pulp, unlike a blender.
ジューサーでオレンジジュースを作った。
I made orange juice with the juicer.
When talking about using a blender, the verb かける is often used: ミキサーにかける means 'to put in the blender' or 'to blend.'
野菜をミキサーにかけてスープにした。
I blended the vegetables into a soup.
The most common and natural word for an electric blender in Japanese. It covers typical blending tasks like making smoothies or soups.
ミキサーでスムージーを作った。
I made a smoothie with the blender.

Also used for blenders, especially immersion (stick) blenders. Sometimes interchangeable with ミキサー, but can imply a hand-held device.
