認定 (nintei) is for official recognition of qualifications or standards. 認証 (ninshō) is for verification of authenticity or systems. 証明 (shōmei) is for proving facts or documents. Choose based on what is being certified.
The direct loanword サーティファイド (sāteifādo) is rarely used and sounds unnatural. Use the appropriate Japanese term instead.
Specifically 'proof of delivery' service, often combined with 書留 for certified mail with return receipt.
