While not a direct translation, 'carbon neutral' is often used in Japanese to express the end goal of decarbonization. Very common in corporate pledges.

We will achieve carbon neutrality by 2050.
脱炭素 (datsutanso) implies eliminating carbon emissions entirely, while 低炭素 (teitanso) means reducing them to low levels. In practice, they are often used interchangeably, but 脱炭素 is stronger and more aligned with net-zero goals.
The loanword カーボンニュートラル (carbon neutral) is widely understood and often preferred in corporate and media contexts. It can be used alongside 脱炭素 for variety.
