If you are unsure, 劇作家 is a safe choice for a dramatist in the traditional sense, while 脚本家 is better for modern media scriptwriters.
There is no direct katakana loanword 'ドラマティスト' in common use. Using it would sound unnatural. Stick to the Japanese terms above.
