Referring to electricity in a scientific sense (static electricity, current, etc.).
Specifically referring to light produced by electricity.
Often means 'electric light' in daily speech. '電気をつける' means 'turn on the light'.
部屋の電気が切れた。
The light in the room went out.
Electric light (lamp/fixture). More specific but less common in casual speech.
電気 (でんき) means electricity; 電子 (でんし) means electron or electronic. For 'electronic devices', use 電子機器 (でんしきき).
Say 電気代 (でんきだい) for electricity bill. 代 (だい) means charge/fee.

An electric current is flowing.
