遺伝性疾患 is the formal medical term. 遺伝病 is more common in everyday language. 先天性疾患 (congenital disease) is present at birth but not necessarily inherited; be careful not to confuse them.
The direct translation '遺伝の病気' is understandable but sounds unnatural. Use 遺伝性の病気 or 遺伝病 instead.
