在庫 (zaiko) means 'stock/inventory'. 品切れ (shinagire) means 'out of stock'. To say something is in stock, use 在庫があります or 在庫あり. To say it's out of stock, use 品切れです or 在庫がありません.

Do not translate 'in stock' directly as ストックにあります or 在庫にあります. The natural phrase is 在庫があります (zaiko ga arimasu).
