「ジョブシェアリング」 is widely understood in business settings, but in very traditional companies or with older generations, explaining with 「仕事の分担」 may be clearer.
Do not translate 'job-sharing' word-for-word as 「仕事共有」 (shigoto kyōyū). This sounds unnatural and is not used.
A more general Japanese phrase meaning 'division of work'. Can be used to explain job-sharing, but is not a fixed term.
