Translation guide
A camera designed to be used once and then discarded or returned for film processing. In Japanese, this is most commonly referred to as 使い捨てカメラ, but other terms exist depending on context.

The most common way to refer to a single-use camera in everyday conversation.
The standard term for a disposable camera. Literally 'throw-away camera'. Widely understood and used in stores and daily life.

I bought a single-use camera before the trip.

This disposable camera takes 27 pictures.
Fuji Film's brand name for their disposable camera line. Often used generically, like 'Kleenex' for tissues. Recognizable but may not be understood by all speakers.
写ルンです、まだ売ってるんだね。
They still sell disposable cameras, huh?
Literally 'film with a lens'. A common alternative, especially in product descriptions. Emphasizes that it's a simple camera built around a roll of film.
