In Japanese schools, the staff room is a central workspace for teachers. The most common term is 職員室, but other terms exist depending on the type of staff or institution.

The direct loanword スタッフルーム is not commonly used in Japanese. It may be understood but sounds unnatural. Use the appropriate term based on context.
