専門用語 is the broadest term for any specialized vocabulary. 技術用語 leans toward engineering and applied sciences. 学術用語 is for academic disciplines. In many contexts, 専門用語 is sufficient.
In technical fields, it's common to use the English term directly in katakana, especially for IT and business jargon. For example, 'テクニカルターム' is sometimes used, but 専門用語 is more natural in Japanese.
