可視化 is more common and general for making things visible, including data. 視覚化 specifically emphasizes the visual sense and is often used in psychology or education.
While イメージ and ビジュアライゼーション are understood, native Japanese terms like 可視化 or 想像 are often more natural in formal or written contexts.
