Colloquial expression used when something seems to exist or be true but is ambiguous, vague, or hard to confirm. Often used with ~ような気がする or to describe an uncertain impression.
あの話はあるような無いような、よくわからない。
That story is kind of there and kind of not; I can't really tell.
約束したのはあるような無いような気がする。
I feel like we sort of made a promise, but I'm not sure.
