In Hokkaido and Tohoku dialects, おやき refers to what is standardly called 今川焼き (imagawayaki): a thick, round pancake filled with sweet bean jam, cooked in a special mold. This is a regional usage; outside those areas, おやき usually means the Nagano-style stuffed cake.
