Colloquial conjunction used to rephrase or correct oneself, similar to と言うか. Common in casual conversation.

  That restaurant is delicious... or rather, it's okay.

• 彼かれは優やさしいってか、甘あますぎるんだよね。

  He's kind, or I should say, too soft.
