Used mainly in compound nouns and set phrases borrowed from English, such as アラウンドビュー (around view) or アラウンドサーティー (around thirty). Not used as a standalone adverb in Japanese.

• この車くるまにはアラウンドビューモニターが付ついている。

  This car is equipped with an around-view monitor.

• アラウンドサーティーの女じょ性せいを対たい象しょうにした雑ざっ誌しです。

  It's a magazine aimed at women around thirty.
