noun
cat tongue; sensitive to hot food
Slang term for someone who cannot eat or drink very hot things because their tongue is sensitive to heat. Often used self-deprecatingly or to describe a picky eater. Compare with the native term 猫舌 (ねこじた), which has the same meaning but is more standard.
